Application:

It has the advantages of competitive price, simple structure, wide application scope.
1. Please clean the stainless steel worktable by alcohol and keep worktable clean before printing.
2. Tighten 4 pcs screw rods of foot down to keep machine balanced and stationary.
3. Adjust 4 pcs knobs (Front-back adjusting knob, left
right adjusting knob ) to keep printing worktable balanced.
4. Paste 2-4mm gelatin sponge at the bottom of frame so that there is 2-4mm gap between frame and product.
5. Install and nipped frame, fixing screw rod.
6. Adjust Up-down adjusting screw rod, frame should be parallel to printing worktable.
7. Connect power
8. Rotate power switch, turn on vacuum within the machine is on.
9. Put on printing product. Seal up extra suction holes which is around the product by gummed paper.
10. Make 2 pcs adhesive tape which is diagonally. Height of adhesive tape should be lower than printing product.
11. Rotate switch, you may use pedal switch to control suction valve.
12. Put ink in the screen frame. Grasp scraper by hands with uniform force. One printing cycle is finished.
Machine maintenance:
1. Do clean worktable before and after printing to prolong lifetime.
2. Keep the printing workshop without dust and ventilation.
3. Add lubricant to the transmission parts of machine regularly.
4. Turn off the power switch after each use.
