3. Operation procedure
- Check the following before turning on the laminating machine.
(1)Make sure the machine is in a safe state.
(2)Adjust the film conveying to make uniform tension.
(3)Make sure the gap between the adhesive coating roll and adhesive is parallel.
(4)Detecting the temperature of the heat roll to make sure it is the same temperature displayed on the thermometer.
(5)Make sure the pressure reach 15-20, or will affecting product quality.
(6)Clean up rubber roll to avoid debris in the product.
(1)After finish the preparation work, Turn on the main power switch, turn on the heating roll and motor, and then turn on the oil pump, adjust the flow of laminated adhesive, adjust the balance between rolls.
(2)Adjust the position of the film feeding table, add laminating adhesive, and then heat the drying tunnel.
(3)After testing several films, adjust the heating temperature, pressure and air flow of the drying tunnel, until the best result.
- Steps of turning off the machine.
(1)Stop heating, after cooling, turn off the motor and fan.
(2)Clean all the rolls for next use.
(3)Add lubrication oil to the injection hole of reducer to keep the machine in well-lubricated state.
(4)Finally, turn off the power of laminating machine, the main power.
(1)Clean the machine, especially the heating cylinder, rubber roll, adhesive coating roll and scraping roll. If there are indelible oil stains or graze on the surface of the roller, release and polish it.
(2)Add lubrication oil regularly. Pay special attention to the both ends bearing lubrication of heating roll, and the reducer lubrication, to keep the machine in well-lubricated state.
(3)Check the attachment bolt of all parts regularly to keep a good connection.
(4)Machine grounding must be safe and reliable, to prevent electric shock.
(5)Four inspections every six months.
