2.Features:

4.Maintenance:
(1). Pneumatic component. To make sure not too much water and oil accessing into the air pressure system, to avoid faults and shortening the cylinder life.
To ensure dry and clean compressed air, it is best to install freeze dryer.
(2). Filtration Regulation Lubricant (FRL). To ensure the pressure is in 5-7kg/cm. Every day the oil cup should be checked in case of inadequacy. Pressure valve without being used for a long time should be put off. Neutral oil R68 is the basic oil for FRL.
(3). When the pad printing machine stops working, you should turn off the power switch and the root blower; Speed regulatory valve cylinder and various parts of the axis should be avoided being damaged magnetic; Workbench parts and related precision components must be cleaned and oiled by WD-40, to prevent the precision being affected by rust.
