1. Oven internal dimensions: H1600mm×W1200mm×D850mm
2. The main body of the oven is made of 1.2mm thick cold plate folding, the inner tank is made of 1.5mm thick cold plate, and the bottom is made of 4.0mm thick steel plate. This oven is floor-standing and convenient for carts.
3. The insulation layer uses 50K aluminum silicate wool for heat insulation.
4 It uses a set of 750W three-phase motor fan, horizontal air flow, and is equipped with a 10.5-inch centrifugal fan blade. It is equipped with a special air duct and multi-faceted hot air circulation to make the temperature in the box uniform.
5. It adopts a single-sided double-door design, the door edge is surrounded by high-temperature resistant silicone strips, and is equipped with high-end door hinges and 2 handles;
6. The heating method uses stainless steel with heat sink heating tubes for heating, which are evenly distributed in the oven and have a long service life.
7. Design temperature: room temperature--180ºC plus or minus 5ºC (empty oven test).
8. The machine is connected to a 380V power supply, with a power of 15KW (three-phase five-wire) (equipped with a 3-meter power cord).
9. There are air inlets, air outlets, and an explosion-proof door window inside. The air flow in the box is smooth and explosion-proof to prevent explosion damage caused by the concentration of flammable gas in the box reaching the explosion point.
10. Electronic control part: On the side of the machine body, there is an LED digital display RKC temperature controller (made in Taiwan), a mechanical temperature controller, and a contactor (Chint brand). A set of 0-999 H automatic timers and automatic alarms, switches, and indicator lights, which can achieve adjustable temperature, automatic constant temperature control, automatic timing, and over-temperature (timeout) alarms.
