TM-WUV-1000 crease UV Dryer tunnel
This machine can be used for solidifying for UV printing ink. It is mainly used for the effect of slight surface wrinkles, and is suitable for printing fields such as high-end gift packaging boxes, cigarette boxes, wine boxes, and calendars.
Applying Teflon conveying belt, which unifies and stabilize the fig urate.
There is a distance of 2 meters reserved in the front to install the manipulator, which is convenient for the manipulator to drag the paper from the screen printing machine to the UV machine, so it looks very long.
If you don't use a manipulator, you can choose a length of 4.2 meters

Q7:UV light can not light be on.
A7: Check the electricity well connected in to machine or not. The indicator of power will be red light. Then operate as manual shows.
Q8: UV light on, Belt stopped not run.
A8: Turn on the lamp quickly and wait for machine power off automatically. Then Check the Motor of conveyor which under the unloading side of belt. If this problem, replace a new one. Check the Speed control whether need to be replaced or not after working for long time.
Q9:The light blinking but not be on.
A9: Check your power supply is 220V plus or minus 5% ,50HZ or 380V plus or minus 5% 50HZ, If Below 220V/380V over the range of +/-5%, so keep your power supply steady. (our standard, any different will be the machine we signed in purchase). We can make the voltage for 110V/220V/380V as request of customers.
Q10:The light can not dry product completely, ( UV ink, UV glue, UV varnish, UV coating and so on)
A10: The lamp average lifetime is 800hours. if over this pls replace a new one. (We suggest when you purchase our UV machine, also purchase a new extra lamps for replacement) If a new lamp, than check the ignitor, transformer, and lamp connect line is well connected. Especially the lamp line wires.
