1)Applicable Scope and advantage
Screen printing drying cabinet is applied to drying the screen plate.
This drying cabinet inside installed axial flow fan makes the hot air in circulation, which guarantees an equal temp in cabinet and can improve drying efficiency meanwhile The axial flow fan can normally be used for about 20,000 hours. It usually takes 2~4 minutes to well dry the screens coated with the photosensitive emulsion

Oven safety operating procedures (6)
1. Before turning on the power, check that the insulation of the power line should be good and no leakage is allowed. There should be no contact between the heater resistance wires to prevent short circuit.
2. The room should be ventilated before powering on.
3. Use a non-explosion-proof electric oven, and it is strictly forbidden to bring volatile objects into the oven.
4. Observe and adjust the temperature inside the box at any time. It should meet the temperature of about 50 degrees required by the drying process.
5. Keep the oven clean, check and remove the oxide scale next to the resistance wire in the oven.
6. Cut off the power and close the drying door.
