Definition
It must first be irradiated by a low-pressure mercury lamp to partially cure the ink surface, and then irradiated by a medium-pressure mercury lamp for thorough curing, thus forming a beautiful wrinkled pattern. It is widely used in PET paper, gold and silver cardboard, tobacco, alcohol, cosmetics, food, calendars, greeting cards and other printed materials. It is characterized by fast curing speed, good adhesion, good flexibility, good transparency, and clearer texture art effect.
How to use
The power of the wrinkle lamp is 30W or 36W, 2~4 pieces are available. The power of the curing UV lamp is 3KW~5.6KW, 1~3 pieces are available. The curing speed is generally adjusted from fast to slow, mostly in the range of 15~35m/min. Different meshes and curing speeds can produce different texture effects. The power of the wrinkle-inducing lamp must be sufficient; the distance between the print body and the lamp tube is generally between 1cm-3cm; the natural wrinkling period after wrinkle induction must be sufficient; generally, the distance from the wrinkle-inducing lamp to the curing lamp must not be less than 3m. As long as you pay attention to these issues, you will quickly achieve a satisfactory wrinkle effect.
