I. Working principle
High temperature cleaning and oxidation reaction
The flame treatment machine generates high temperature flames (mixed combustion of coal gas and compressed air) through the combustion system, and uses high temperature energy to remove impurities on the surface of silicone (such as grease, mold release agent residue)
The highly active ions contained in the flame react with the surface of silicone to change its molecular structure and enhance the surface polarity, thereby enhancing the subsequent bonding or coating performance
Equipment core structure
Combustion system : Including gas supply, oxygen delivery and mixing devices to ensure stable combustion and flame temperature control .
Reciprocating scanning mechanism : The reciprocating motion of the flame nozzle is realized through mechanical transmission or servo system to ensure uniform surface treatment of silicone .

II. Operation instructions
Safety specifications
Before operation, check the sealing of gas pipelines and compressed air valves, and wear protective equipment such as fireproof clothing and goggles . Pressure as required
It is forbidden to store flammable items around the equipment, and the work area must be equipped with fire extinguishing equipment.
Operation process
Equipment start:
Open the gas and oxygen supply valves, and adjust the flame to a stable state (blue smokeless flame) after ignition.
Set the reciprocating scanning speed (adjusted according to the thickness of the silicone, usually 5-15cm/s).
Surface treatment:
Fix the silicone workpiece on the workbench, start the reciprocating scanning program, and ensure that the flame covers the entire area to be treated.
Control the distance between the flame and the silicone surface (recommended 10-20mm) to avoid excessive burning or insufficient treatment.
Quality inspection:
The surface of the silicone after treatment should be uniformly slightly rough, and the polarity enhancement effect can be verified by the water drop angle test.
Maintenance and records
Clean the carbon deposits on the nozzle daily, and calibrate the flame temperature sensor and motion mechanism regularly.
Record the processing parameters (such as temperature, speed), inspection results and abnormal conditions, and archive them for future reference.
